This kind of sand has particle size of 0-4mm. It should be noted that the amount of filler of this type of sand should be carefully adjusted so that the percentage of the passage of sieve #200 should be between 4.5 to 5%.
The process of manufacturing bedding washed sand is in a way that it is only produced with natural sand and by using dewatering machine and the needed filler is produced by hydrocyclone machine.
This kind of sand is produced with a minimum passing percentage of sieve #200 from 4.5 up to 5%, with an SE between 60 and 65%.
